I recently stayed at Devonwood Motel and had a mixed experience. The location was great, close to the Rotorua centre and main attractions, which I appreciated. However, the facilities left a lot to be desired; the kitchen floor was sticky on arrival, and there were issues with the hotplate. On the bright side, I found the room spacious and enjoyable, with a comfortable bed and nice housekeeping service.
